About Seoho
:-) Who I am
I'm a Juilliard-trained violinist and current fellow at the New World Symphony, with training from Seoul Arts High School and Yonsei University.
:-) My path
Music has taken me from Seoul to New York to Miami, and along the way I've grown to love genres far beyond the classical world I trained in.
:-) Why I teach
I want students to feel that same curiosity. Learning an instrument isn't just about technique — it builds focus, patience, and a way of listening to the world more closely.

:-) Teaching style
Lessons are structured and in-depth, tailored to each student’s level and goals — but never dry. I build a personalized plan and adjust it as you progress, whether you’re preparing for an audition or just starting out.
:-) Repertoire
Beyond the classical core (scales, etudes, concertos), I also teach my own arrangements of popular K-pop songs — a fun way to apply technique to music you actually love listening to.

Beginners to advanced students, kids to adults, exam-prep or pure hobby. I meet you where you are and make practice something to look forward to.
