About Abdulmajid

Abdulmajid Harb, Lebanese lived in Saudi Arabia, here in France for my studies, I have tournaments in mma, in muaythai / kickboxing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu
I have coached in Arabia in several gyms and national champions who train at home

About the lesson

Old style muaythai/kickboxing, real training to become a champion,
We will learn all the basics of boxing, kicking, clinch (in muaythai) catches and sweeps (also in muaythai)
Advanced level training is also available
We move around techniques, drills, sparring and pads
And of course weight gaining/loss, weight cutting, shredding and bulking
