About George

I’m a lifelong martial artist, starting Taekwondo at the age of 5 in a small town of Poltava, Ukraine. Since then I have competed in over 50 tournaments at local, national and international levels. After moving to the UK, I have trained and competed extensively in boxing and K1 kickboxing and have now been coaching for over 5 years.

About the lesson

My goal is to pass on as much knowledge as possible while making your training enjoyable.

I believe the best coach is the one you connect with the most.

Based on your goals, I will tailor the sessions accordingly:

a) fitness based - more conditioning
b) technique based - focus on drills and detailed breakdowns

All I need from you is positive learning attitude and commitment to your training.

I offer training at a fully equipped kickboxing gym in Chadwell St. Mary, Grays.

Happy to discuss travel to your location if required.
