About Michael

I attended three specific courses for Kizomba teachers (two face to face, one online).
I have been teaching together with my dancer since 2017. We have been part of the staff of artists of some events / festivals in Kizomba, both in Italy and abroad.
Over time, we have accumulated experience by cultivating courses in different gyms and we have consolidated the teaching method by constantly updating the contents.
Being two of us, we have the opportunity to dedicate ourselves completely to individual growth, managing to guarantee the learning of a substantial amount of information both for those who lead the dance and for those who follow (with targeted insights for men and women).

About the lesson

The teaching methodology is based on the "Bloom Taxonomy" which essentially allows to build the steps through the in-depth study of the technique and, at the same time, to train the muscular and mental memory through the assiduous repetition of the exercises.
The student, for each completed cycle, will be able to exploit the material and contents learned, being able to dance without a fixed pattern, adapting to the needs of the music and the partner.
With time and constancy, naturalness, fluidity and a spirit of adaptation will be acquired which will become the hallmarks on the track.
The lessons are suitable for all ages (from 14-15 years up to 80+) as no specific physical preparation is required, being the Kizomba a couple dance that uses natural body movements.
