About Lakshmi
I am currently completing a PhD, so a lot of my work involves reading, writing, and explaining ideas clearly. Over time, I have worked with different kinds of writing, both creative and academic writing, so I understand where people tend to get stuck. I take my work seriously, but I am also easy to talk to, so sessions feel comfortable rather than stressful. You can expect me to be reliable, prepared, and genuinely focused on helping you improve.

I tend to keep things quite relaxed and centred around what you need. We can follow a structured plan or keep it more flexible, depending on what you prefer.
Usually, we start with what you are finding difficult and work through it together—whether that’s speaking, writing, grammar, or just building confidence.
I can step in where needed, explain things clearly, and make corrections as we go, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. It’s more about understanding and feeling comfortable than memorising rules.
I am happy to work with school students, university students, or adults. I can help with conversation, writing, grammar, academic work, dissertations or anything else you would like to improve.
