My name is Given Monne
I am passionate about my career because education is a way to freedom and the emancipation of the mind, it gives a whole perspective about the world around us and frees the bound. It helps one be an independent and critical thinker, it opens one up to a world full of possibilities and personally I believe that with the right education and exceptional teachers of course, not even the sky is the limit. Knowing that I have helped a person to realise their potential and capabilities gives me the most pleasure and is the most satisfying feeling ever and what better way to do it than to offer the best education in a way that is relatable to the learner in question?

Among the diverse methods I use, below are some methods that work a 109% and can make it very easy for a learner to learn
NMethod #1: Direct method
For the direct method, all teaching is done in the target language. Translations are not allowed in class, and the focus lies heavily on speaking instead of grammar. As a result, the direct method is a very student-centered strategy that has gained popularity in recent years.
Method #2: Communicative language teaching (CLT)
Communicative language teaching is perhaps the most popular approach among the methods of teaching ESL today. CLT emphasizes the student’s ability to communicate in real-life contexts. As a result, students learn to make requests, accept offers, explain things, and express their feelings and preferences.
