About Dominic
I am a First-Class graduate from Warwick University who is in love with languages. They are a passion of mine and the opportunity to teach others who share this passion is my motivation. My fondest occupational memories revolve around my time as a German tutor, working with GCSE students at 2 schools, specialising in writing and speaking skills. Working and teaching languages is also a career path that I truly want to pursue, with my postgraduate now being dedicated to translation.

Lessons typically last between 45 minutes to an hour (of course this can be adapted on request) and are for anyone of any age at a beginners or intermediate level. I have been a German tutor at multiple schools, typically for GCSE students, specialising in oral and writing skills. I also have studied German, including German translation, for nearly all of my academic life, including for a year in Munich, Germany. My teaching techniques revolves around building confidence in speaking skills, creating a comfortable work-environment, and with huge emphasis on grammar (it is vital in German).
