About Marwa

I am a ballroom and Latin dancer who has been teaching since 2015. I run my own business - Norwich Latin Dance - where I have group classes in the city and at the UEA (during term time) for a variety of dances. I also have a few slots available each month for private students.

Throughout the years I have competed nationally gaining many medals and trophies and I have also performed on stages at shows, festivals and for charity events. Many of my students have also gone on to achieve medals, both official IDTA ones and at competitions, and have performed on stage.

About the lesson

I give lessons to beginners, novices and intermediate dancers, with a heavy focus on leading and following and being able to dance and stand out in a social setting. My general approach to dancing is to encourage practising, work on individual issues and provide tips for techniques and ways of improving, and make the class atmosphere as enjoyable as possible so individuals want to practise and attend.

Details

For private lessons, I charge £45 an hour in-person. The venue can be discussed, either a venue in the city, the UEA or another suitable space.
