About Anna
I am Italian, a language teacher and philologist, with a degree in Modern Literature and a master's degree in Modern Philology and Criticism. Latin has been part of my academic background and teaching experience for several years. I am particularly interested in the relationship between language, literature, and culture, and I believe that studying Latin can be much more than learning grammar rules: it is also a way to engage with texts that have had a fundamental influence on our culture. I have worked with students of varying levels and I enjoy adapting my classes to each student's needs, whether to overcome a specific difficulty or to delve deeper into the subject.

Italian
My Latin classes are tailored to each student's level and goals. I focus particularly on grammar, syntax, and translation, but also on understanding texts and their historical and literary context. We can start from the basics or work on specific texts, depending on the student's needs. I believe translation should go beyond simply memorizing rules; it should allow students to understand how the language works and truly engage with classical texts. Classes are available for both students who need academic support and those who want to delve deeper into classical language, literature, and culture.
