About Heidi
I currently study an honors double degree in Law and Literature. Having achieved an A* in English Literature, including 100% in my A-Level Drama paper, in addition to self-studying and achieving NZQA scholarships in English and Art History (placing top 10 in the country), I believe my passion for the subject will inspire students to invest in their learning. As a keen writer, I have been published several times as well as being shortlisted globally in essay competitions.

This experience allows me to guide students in developing sophisticated analysis, clear arguments, and confident, high-level English Literature essays. I aim to create supportive and clear lessons focusing on essay writing, literary analysis, and exam technique. I use close reading, guided discussion and practice essays to help students achieve their potential.

I would highly recommend Heidi. She is really supportive and her lessons are engaging. Heidi clearly has a deep sense of passion for the subject and has provided lots of help with improving my writing.
Would highly recommend Heidi as an English Tutor, my son needed to improve his writing confidence and wanted to improve his grades in English, and Heidi was an incredible supporter of my son’s journey. If your child is looking to advance their English skills, Heidi will make them love it even more!
