About Steven
My academic studies in law, administration and business have allowed me to work in governmental, non-profit and private organizations. This gives me a broad knowledge of different political, administrative, financial, geopolitical and project execution issues. Also with courses and diplomas in pedagogy, fundamental rights and processes.
The law has given me the possibility to know the Spanish language, its syntax and grammar, so I have taught and accompanied as a tutor to several students who have Spanish as their native language and people who want to learn Spanish as a second language.

I have good knowledge in the area of formulation, planning and monitoring of projects, sales, knowledge of senior management, Administrative Law, Public Law, Human Rights and some pedagogical process.
I have special skills in leadership, decision making. I consider myself a person of integrity and capable of assuming the responsibilities assigned to me. My easy adaptation to change and respect for people, has allowedme to generate a good empathy in the different work teams. I have the ability to workunder pressure, with a good interpersonal relationship management, with ease to understand and explain situations, I am an analytical person and with the best intention to help the people around me.
I have a high social sensitivity and interest in what happens around me, I deeply believe in the dignity of the human spirit and that opportunities should not be a privilege of a few, so I am passionate about working for the community either from the public sector or the private sector.
