For the past six years, I have been an English teacher across two schools. I have taught a range of ability from securing pupils a grade 4 to a grade 9. I have a critical eye and understanding of the AQA mark schemes. There are tiny tweaks between each grade and I know exactly how to help you learn, revise and produce the exam answer to receive a grade 5 and above. You do not need to learn every page of every text, but you need to be savvy in your approach and be an expert in drilling out analysis that talks outside of the text. This is the absolute key and could be why you are missing a grade 5.
