About Margaret
I have a PhD in Clinical Epidemiology and Community Medicine and am a Fulbright Alumna, with over 20 years experience as a public health researcher and university lecturer. I also have a degree in Nursing and have worked clinically in hospitals, the community and Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services. I have other post graduate qualifications in Medical Science (Drug and Alcohol Specialisation) and in Health Promotion. My research interests are broad and have included cancer screening, diabetes, healthy ageing and the health needs of vulnerable populations.
