About Simon
I am a visual storyteller and creative ‘jack-of-all-trades’. After working as a freelance artist, designer, muralist and ‘pen for hire’ for decades, I have gathered a lot of experience and knowledge - always looking to better myself and my practice. Sharing this knowledge with others is not only a fun and exciting way to integrate my own passions, but is how we can all connect and evolve as a collective. My hope is that I can help bring some more joy into your day, and add a spark of inquisitive imagination, giving you permission to let it run wild!

~ I have decades of experience as a commercial artist, creating vibrant acrylic paintings, large scale murals, digital and hand drawn illustrations, graphic designs and more.
~ From paint to pen and ink, pencil sketches and digital art with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Procreate - I can teach methods and share tips that I’ve learned over years of working across many mediums.
~ I enjoy making activities fun, and have a great knack for explaining hints and tips with easy to understand language, colourful imagery and imaginative approaches.
~ Whether you’re a school student, teen, adult or senior - from beginner to experienced artist seeking to broaden their skills - I can tailor lessons to your needs.

Perfect! Simon is an excellent teacher. Comfortable to be around, explains things in an easy to understand way and made the lesson really enjoyable. He began with my inspirations to get into learning and we based the lesson off that rather then starting with theory. Definitely recommend giving him a go. The mural art work he has done in the past should impress you enough to know he's the real deal. 10 out 10 from me.
