My Bhangra Fitness classes are high-energy, fun-focused online workout sessions that combine traditional Punjabi Bhangra moves with cardio fitness and strength training.
Each class is designed to help you stay active, improve coordination, and boost confidence — all while dancing to upbeat Punjabi and Bollywood music. My teaching style is simple, engaging, and structured so that anyone can follow along comfortably, regardless of prior dance or fitness experience.
Lessons are conducted online via Zoom, allowing you to join from anywhere. Sessions typically include a warm-up, basic Bhangra movements, rhythmic combinations, cardio-based routines, and a relaxing cooldown stretch.
These classes are perfect if you’re looking for an exciting alternative to gym workouts, want to reconnect with music and movement, or simply want a joyful way to stay healthy.
