About Sagar
My name is Sagar, and my fitness journey began over 14 years ago. Like many, I started as a beginner with no direction, making every common mistake—from poor form to neglecting mobility. Through over a decade of consistent training, I’ve transformed my own physique and mindset by mastering the balance between intense bodybuilding and functional stretching. I don't teach from a textbook; I teach from thousands of hours spent under the bar. My goal is to provide you with the practical, real-world knowledge you need to skip the years of trial and error and get straight to building a strong, flexible, and sustainable body.

My Teaching Approach:
My name is Sagar, and I believe that 14 years of consistent, "in-the-trenches" gym experience beats a weekend certification every time. My methodology is rooted in longevity and sustainability. I don't believe in "ego lifting"; I believe in mastering the mind-muscle connection and using proper biomechanics to build a physique that lasts. My techniques focus on heavy foundational movements supplemented by targeted stretching to ensure your joints stay as healthy as your muscles are strong.
Typical Lesson Plan-
Every session is structured to maximize progress while minimizing injury risk:
The Check-in: We review your energy levels, recovery from the last session, and your nutritional adherence.
Dynamic Warm-up & Mobility: 10 minutes of active stretching specifically tailored to the muscle group we are hitting that day.
The "Core" Build: We focus on 2–3 compound movements where I prioritize coaching your form and tempo.
Accessory Work: Higher volume movements to shape the muscle and address any lagging areas.
The Cool Down: Static stretching and a quick preview of your schedule for the next 48 hours.
What Sets Me Apart:
I am not a "textbook" trainer. Over the last 14 years, I have made every mistake in the book so that you don't have to. I specialize in the "Intermediate Plateau"—helping people who have been lifting for a year or two but have stopped seeing results. My focus on stretching as a core part of bodybuilding ensures you don't just look big, but you actually feel mobile and athletic.
