About Santhoshi
I am a Master’s-qualified Company Secretary with practical work experience in ROC (Registrar of Companies) matters and corporate compliance. My professional experience has given me a strong understanding of Company Law, corporate procedures and real-world business practices.
I am passionate about teaching and enjoy helping students understand concepts in a simple, clear and practical way. I believe that students learn better when they understand the “why” behind a concept rather than simply memorizing it.
I am interested in teaching Class 11 & 12 Commerce, Accounts and Company Law, and I aim to create a friendly learning environment where students can confidently ask questions, clear their doubts and improve their academic performance.
My goal is not only to help students score well in examinations, but also to build a strong foundation in Commerce and develop practical knowledge that will benefit them in their future studies and careers.

I am a Master’s-qualified Company Secretary with practical experience in ROC-related work, which gives me both academic knowledge and real-world exposure to Company Law and corporate matters.
I offer personalized classes for Class 11 & 12 Commerce and Accounts, along with Company Law. My teaching approach focuses on explaining every concept in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, with practical examples wherever possible.
