About Melthetia
Hello my name is Melthetia and I’m a friendly, patient, TEFL-certified English tutor from South Africa. I’m currently studying Mining Engineering.
I’m a new English tutor, but I’m passionate about helping students learn and build confidence. My engineering studies have taught me to explain difficult ideas in more simple and clear way.
I work with beginner and intermediate learners, focusing on speaking, grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. I’m patient, encouraging and always happy to adapt my lessons to each student’s needs.

My lessons focus on building strong English skills in grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, spelling, reading and everyday communication. I keep my lessons relaxed, practical and engaging, helping students understand and use English with confidence.
I believe students learn better when they can ask questions, make mistakes and practise without feeling embarrassed or judged. I use simple explanations, everyday examples and step by step guidance, while adapting each lesson to the student’s level and goals.
My lessons are suitable for both beginner and intermediate English learners who want to improve their speaking, writing, reading or overall communication skills.
