About Khadija
Hi! I’m a trained mental health professional with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and a Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy. With 5+ years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked with diverse individuals, helping them build confidence, manage anxiety, and express themselves creatively. But beyond that—I’m just a fun, creative soul who loves to crochet, paint, hike, and explore the beauty of nature. I believe growth happens when we feel safe, seen, and inspired. My approach is supportive, engaging, and hands-on, combining psychology with creativity to make learning both meaningful and enjoyable!
