I am a traditional Hatha Yoga practitioner with experience in wellbeing through arts as well.
I have completed my MSc in Creative Arts and Mental Health from the Queen Mary University of London.
I am a holistic health and wellbeing practitioner.

With a regular 1.5 hour session and 2 hour sessions with discourse.
