About Sreenivas

I am a Life Coach and founder of Brain Studio, where I train people of all age groups to keep their hearts fit and mind energetic through a concept I created called, "Healthy Mind and Healthy Body Techniques." These are a set of skills that I have designed to keep your mind and body active. Apart from many children and adults, I have trained in corporate offices to help employees alleviate stress and become more productive in the workplace. I have worked with big corporations such as Dell, ACI, Rotary, and Lions Club.

About the lesson

I start from the basics with a few exercises and techniques to warm up your hands and get you acquainted with the patterns for juggling. As you progress we shall move forward and learn in a step by step fashion that will stay in your mind whenever you need it.
Although a lot of practice is required, it is essential to practice the correct form, something I can help you with.
