About Rina

I am a dedicated piano teacher with over 9 years of experience teaching both online and in-person. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, with formal training in music theory, technique, and performance. My lessons are designed to cultivate complete musicianship, blending technical skill with musical expression and creativity.

I focus on active engagement in every session, encouraging students to explore, experiment, and connect emotionally with music. Lessons are tailored to individual goals, whether a beginner learning their first pieces or a professional refining advanced skills. I integrate music history, theory, technique, and improvisation to create a well-rounded learning experience.

My teaching approach adapts to each learner’s style and pace, ensuring progress is steady and confidence grows alongside skill. I emphasize both performance readiness and personal expression, helping students develop their unique musical voice. Students benefit from structured guidance, practical exercises, and inspiring repertoire selections.

Whether you are starting your first steps at the piano or preparing for professional performance, I provide a supportive and motivating environment. I invite you to begin your musical journey and discover the joy, discipline, and artistry of piano playing.

About the lesson

I am a dedicated piano tutor with a passion for helping students explore music in a creative and meaningful way. My teaching blends classical, pop, jazz, and contemporary styles to suit each student’s goals. Lessons are personalised, focusing on skill development, expression, and musical confidence.

I use technology to enhance learning, including ear training apps, metronomes, and digital audio workstations. These tools help students improve timing, pitch accuracy, and creativity. I guide learners to apply these skills in both practice and performance.

Each session is tailored to individual needs, whether performing in a church, producing digitally, or composing original music. I focus on technique, improvisation, and musicality, helping students unlock their full potential. For those aiming for performance or recording, I provide structured support and practical strategies.

I encourage exploration and experimentation while maintaining a strong foundation in theory and technique. Lessons are interactive, engaging, and designed to inspire confidence. My goal is to make learning piano enjoyable, rewarding, and aligned with real-world music experiences. Join a session and discover your own voice on the piano.
