About Iva

I have over 15 years of experience working as a language teacher. I studied at the University of Bremen and the University of Porto and have learnt four foreign languages. In my lessons, I explain European Portuguese clearly and step by step, adapting my methods to each individual learner.

About the lesson

I offer practical exercises and learning strategies that can be applied immediately. In addition to my own experience as a language learner, I bring strong theoretical and practical knowledge as a teacher and pedagogue. Learning German with Iva is fun — which I didn’t think was possible at first The lessons are creative, energetic, and never boring. Even tricky grammar suddenly makes sense because everything is explained so clearly (and repeated as many times as needed, without any eye-rolling). The patience is truly impressive, and the motivation is contagious. Iva really cares about students and enjoys teaching. Thanks to these lessons, German feels much less scary and a lot more enjoyable!
