About Lili

Hi! I’m Leila, a Spanish student currently studying the IB Diploma in an international environment, surrounded by students from many different countries. I have lived in Spain all my life, apart from the last couple of years, when I moved abroad to study. Spanish is my native language, and I speak it fluently. I also understand Italian, which has given me an even better understanding of how different languages can be connected. Studying alongside students from many different backgrounds has also helped me understand the difficulties that can come with learning a new language. I know that speaking confidently, understanding accents, learning grammar and finding the right words can sometimes be challenging, so I always try to make my lessons relaxed, supportive and enjoyable. I have experience tutoring Spanish and helping other students with languages. I adapt my lessons to each student’s level and goals, whether they are a complete beginner, an intermediate learner or an advanced student looking to improve their fluency. My goal is to help students improve their Spanish while making them feel comfortable and confident using the language in real-life situations.

About the lesson

I believe that learning Spanish should be fun, practical and adapted to each student. My lessons focus on building confidence while improving speaking, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation through conversations, activities and real-life situations. I like to make my classes interactive and enjoyable instead of only focusing on memorising grammar rules.

Lessons are usually 45–60 minutes long, depending on the student and what they need. I adapt every lesson to the student’s level and goals, whether they want to improve their speaking, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary or overall fluency.

I am a bilingual student currently studying the IB Diploma and I have experience tutoring Spanish and helping other students with languages. I am friendly, patient and like to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them.

My lessons are suitable for students of any age, with a particular focus on beginner and intermediate learners. I can also teach more advanced students who want to improve their fluency, conversation skills and accuracy in Spanish.
