About Pauie

Hello! I am a native Filipino speaker who is passionate about helping others learn Tagalog. I believe that learning a new language should be enjoyable, practical, and stress-free. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping each student improve at their own pace. Whether you are a complete beginner or want to improve your conversational skills, I will do my best to make every lesson engaging and meaningful. Together, we can build your confidence in speaking Tagalog and help you understand Filipino expressions and culture. I look forward to being part of your language-learning journey!

About the lesson

As a native Filipino speaker, I want to help students learn Tagalog in a fun, comfortable, and practical way. I believe that learning a new language should be an enjoyable experience where students feel confident asking questions, making mistakes, and improving at their own pace.

My teaching approach focuses on communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and everyday conversations. I use simple explanations, practical examples, guided conversations, and interactive activities to help students understand and use Tagalog naturally. I also adjust my teaching methods based on each student's learning style, goals, and current level.

Each lesson begins with a short review or warm-up conversation to help the student feel comfortable. Next, we explore new vocabulary, useful expressions, pronunciation, or grammar based on the student's needs. We then practice through dialogues, role-playing, sentence construction, and real-life situations, such as introducing yourself, ordering food, shopping, or talking with Filipino friends and family. At the end of the lesson, we review what we have learned and identify areas to practice before our next session.

As a native speaker, I can share not only the Filipino language but also the expressions, everyday phrases, and cultural context that make conversations sound more natural. I aim to create a supportive and patient learning environment where students feel encouraged rather than pressured. My goal is to help every learner make steady progress and gain confidence using Tagalog in real-life situations.

My lessons are open to learners of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults. Whether you are a complete beginner, a heritage learner who wants to reconnect with Filipino, a traveler preparing to visit the Philippines, or someone who wants to communicate better with Filipino friends, family, or colleagues, I can tailor lessons to your needs and goals.
