About Víctor Hugo
Musician with a degree in violin from the National Conservatory of Music, also with studies at the Faculty of Music of the Universidad Veracruzana. Frequent participation with the Chamber Orchestra of Bellas Artes and the Orchestra of the Theater of Bellas Artes.
