About Rachana

I am a Creativepreneur who sketches, paints, writes, thinks, ideates, creates, and teaches art. By passion, I am an Art Educator, Fine Artist, & a self-taught Graphic Designer. In 2021, I started my own institute by the name Art Tribe in a tier 3 city. Before that, I worked as a Visual Art Facilitator in Rungta International School (IB), Raipur. I have done engineering in electronics and telecommunications in 2017, I have done a diploma in fine arts from Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh. I worked as an Art tutor in SuperProf, and Senior Educator Intern in Nerdy Academy (for academic subjects). I was privileged to work as an art teacher in a summer camp, at Step Up Academy during my last semester of engineering.

About the lesson

It must be engaging and interactive. I simply first analyze the students, their ways or modes of learning and then I adapt the way to make them learn by that method. I believe in how and why to learn more than what to learn. I opt for practical and fun ways for teaching. Where we (my student & I) learn together. I use videos, short movies, pictures, stories, questions or quizzes, games, crafts, etc. tools.

Rachana is a absolutely a fantastic teacher and she always gives her 100% for "perfection" and the most wonderful thing about rachana is during teaching she's not only teach the students but always try to deliver the best content and also interact with the students to explain in a very interesting and simple way, which all indicates that she enjoy her work a lot. She is very calm and patience and also clear & confident about her work (perfectionist).
