About Ponpandi
I have been in this fitness field for quite some time considering the current Covid situation I see that many of the students and working class have been facing fitness-related problems due to closures of gyms and parks. So I have planned to implement my immense knowledge in helping people who are stuck at home to get them back into shape.

The online and offline class will be held in the morning from 5 am to 8 am, the same will be applied in the evening. The timing can be nudged as per the comfort zone of the participants. The target audience for this class are children aged between 10-15 and adults aged between 20 to 40. The training techniques do not require any gym equipment.
