About Damon
I started tutoring after completing my GCSEs to start funding for university. After finding a knack for teaching (especially with kids), I volunteered with a local school and now I'm starting to pursue the use of professional sites to advertise my services!
Personally I've been playing the piano for 14 years, having obtained my ABRSM Grade 8, I wanted to share my knowledge by becoming a tutor. Although I'm no professional, I do not reflect that price range, instead I'm an affordable solution to teaching up to intermediate levels

I put focus on inspiring my students to follow music with passion, I portray the piano as a hobby, something to enjoy and stimulate the mind. There is an importance in having fun to make continual development
For beginners I teach the fundamentals, notes, fingering, ambidexterity, dynamics and theory to accompany. This is done gradually depending on the the rate the student learns at
Further on I start to delve into interpretation of the music, teaching ways to express feelings and emotions in the keys and a variety of techniques to choose from liberally
