After getting to know my student's problem areas, I make a list of things we could work upon together.
A lot of my teaching goes into making the students read interesting passages, and then have a fun yet detailed discussion on their observations.
If the student/ parent opts for a more formal teaching methodology, then I go by Wren and Martins, as my handy tool.
For Grading, I grade my students according to style of writing, syntax, diction, choice of vocabulary and many other such factors.
The most important thing to remember while learning English is that it isn't Math. Reading improves you, and so does regular writing. and with a fun teacher like me, it isn't long before you start acing your class Essays.

>I usually take only online classes from 9 pm - 11pm. ( Monday- Saturday)
>On Sundays, I adjust my time according to the student's schedule.
>If a student requires tuition at their residence, I will charge an additional 800 rupees, for traveling charges. This class will only be on Sundays, as I am a working professional.
>If a student will come to my residence, I am ready to offer a 150 rupees waiver on the fees of the first hour.
