About Ola

With my long journey on trying how to lose weight, finally I conclude it (to eat what you love whenever you need). So I got a certification from the diet master course on how to design a completely professional diet, which allows me to cook what I like in a healthy way. Although I’m a licensed pharmacist with 6 years experience which allows me to understand any health conditions that affect losing weight and gives you medical advice

About the lesson

As a pharmacist and a nutrition coach, I got the experience on how to cook our lovely dishes in healthier ways with caloric intake measurements and set plans for each of you to reach your targets in losing weight.
