Being a dancer and dance teacher for over 25 years, I have had to look after myself. Exercising regularly has been a huge part of my career and my life. My interest in the body was enhanced through my studies as a medical technician. Creating Afro-Fitness dance classes drove me to become a PT and Fitness Instructor.
My dance skills combined with being a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Fitness Instructor (ETM) have enabled me to create a balanced approach to training, adaptable for all ages, body types and goals.
Above everything, I want my clients to enjoy exercising, to feel good about themselves, achieve their goals and gain the motivation to succeed in whatever they put their minds to.

Ariel is our salsa teacher. Ariel stands out from the other teachers in Leicester because he is patient and really teaches you thoroughly. It's great to have his guidance on styling. His lessons are great fun and everyone is really friendly. Ariel is a genuinely lovely guy and we recommend his lessons to anyone. His salsa parties are the best and he has some fantastic guest cuban bands - we have the best time!
