I have been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years, training clients with very diverse goals. I offer 30 mins or 1 hour indoor and outdoor sessions as well as personalised nutrition and workout plans. The sessions are all unique; tailored around you and what you want to achieve, but also, making sure your plan fits in with your lifestyle. Using a diverse range of techniques such as boxing, strength & conditioning and HIIT means no two sessions will be the same. We will work together and regularly modify your plan and goals to keep them in line with your progress. Specialist areas: - Weight loss - Strength and conditioning - Nutritional guidance - Muscle tone and development - Body fat reduction Qualifications: - Level 3 YMCA Personal Trainer - Extreme Kettlebell Instructor - Nutrition & Lifestyle
