Elizabeth is an amazing tutor. My daughter had lessons with her roughly 8 weeks before her AS-English language and about same time before her A-Level exam. She received an A* in her CIE English language exams! Absolutely amazing. My daughter came from the American school system and only switched to the Cambridge International system in her AS- Level. Elizabeth was able to teach her everything she needed to know to successfully write all different exams and essays. Not only was she an excellent teacher she was an absolute pleasure. Mrs. Baker is firstly an incredibly outstanding tutor and teacher. Not only are her classes very thoroughly planned, but they are also very enjoyable too. I learned so much from Mrs. Baker, I self-studied my English AS/A Levels and with her help was able to receive an A*. What is challenging in most classes is the application of the information we learn and that is what I too struggled with. However, after Mrs. Baker’s lessons I was confidently able to significantly improve my text analysis skills and writing, as I really learned how to apply all the skills she taught me. Not only is Mrs. Baker an extremely kind person, she also uses great teaching methods to create great engagement during classes and tutoring sessions. Probably the most important criteria above all, is that she gives the student the confidence to excel not just in the exams but also in the subject itself.
