About Noel
I am a fun and enthusiastic coach who promotes a positive learning environment in which all players can thrive. I have represented South Africa in squash for 5 years as a junior and now my main focus is sharing my love for squash with others. I work as the head of squash at a school in Cheltenham where I provide lots of 1-2-1 sessions for the students. This has given me great experience with being able to identify and fix common squash technique and play faults.

My lessons involve focusing on the basic fundamentals of squash technique to build a strong squash swing. This translates to all parts of the game. From the basics we can build to the harder shots required for a squash game. I also like to include focus on the mental and tactical aspects of the game and also provide basic strength and conditioning and injury prevention for squash players.
