About Leslie
I am an international preacher and public speaker who has delivered communication and leadership training to Christians and non‑Christians worldwide. I’ve spent over a decade working with children, teenagers, young adults, and adults both in and out of school, often providing structured presentations to churches and community groups. I’m recognised locally in Bracknell for my kindness and professionalism from my work as a customer assistant.
As for teaching, nothing gives me greater joy than seeing students with potential overcome the challenges they face so they can achieve their goals and dreams, both in and out of the classroom.
As a researcher preparing to progress to PhD level, I’m committed to interdisciplinary study, exploring how theology, psychology, and neuroscience intersect to shape decision‑making through narrative theory and developmental psychology.

My approach is structured and clear, focusing on guided effective practice that builds confidence. I use presentations to simplify complex ideas and help students identify key words, themes, and concepts so they can research, study, revise, and write with clarity and purpose. I teach students how to revisit projects for critical improvement, and I provide public‑speaking coaching to help them excel in presentations. I also teach students how to responsibly interact with AI to strengthen research, evaluation, and analytical skills.
This is supported by replicable frameworks, workbooks, and resources that guide students step‑by‑step. I address not only academic skills but also the invisible bottlenecks that hold high achievers back, such as procrastination, impostor syndrome, and lack of (or over) confidence.
For students who want intensive support, I offer structured academic bootcamps.
