About Daniel
I’m a licensed boxing coach and active professional fighter with years of experience competing across the UK. I came up the traditional journeyman route, which means I’ve faced every style, travelled, stayed disciplined, and learnt the sport through real fight experience — not just gym drills.
That journey has given me a deep understanding of fundamentals, ring IQ, conditioning, mindset, and the practical side of boxing that beginners rarely get taught. I coach with a calm, structured approach and focus on building confidence, technique, and fitness in a way that suits each individual.
I work with beginners and intermediates online through Zoom, teaching proper boxing fundamentals, movement, defence, and conditioning in a clear, supportive way. My goal is to help you learn the sport properly, stay disciplined, and enjoy the process.

My lessons are clear, structured and tailored to your level. I teach through Zoom with a calm, step‑by‑step approach that focuses on proper technique, movement, defence and mindset. Each session includes live corrections, simple drills you can do at home, and guidance on how to build discipline and consistency outside the lesson. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already training, I break everything down so you understand exactly what to work on and how to improve. Every lesson is focused, practical and designed to help you progress with confidence.
