About Aadya
I’m a practicing EAP Counselor and psychologist with over five years of clinical experience supporting individuals across diverse settings. I’m passionate about helping students understand psychology beyond textbooks by connecting theory with real-world practice. My goal is to build confidence, encourage critical thinking, and support students in achieving their academic and professional aspirations.

My approach is student-centred, supportive, and tailored to each learner’s goals and learning style. I focus on helping students develop a deep understanding of psychological concepts, think critically, and confidently apply theory to practice, rather than relying on memorisation. Drawing on my clinical experience as a practising psychologist, I aim to create an engaging and encouraging learning environment where students feel supported to achieve their academic goals.
