Hello! My name is Alma, and I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience in both classroom and online settings. I hold a degree in Elementary Education and have a passion for helping children develop their English speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. I strive to create a friendly, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel confident expressing themselves. I am patient, approachable, and dedicated to adapting my teaching methods to meet each learner’s needs. My goal is to make every lesson enjoyable, meaningful, and effective while helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their learning goals. I look forward to being part of your learning journey!

About the lesson

I’m Alma, a licensed professional teacher and TEFL-certified online English tutor with more than 10 years of teaching experience. I provide fun, patient, and personalized lessons designed to help learners build confidence and communicate naturally in English.

My teaching approach combines conversation practice, phonics, reading, vocabulary, grammar, sentence building, stories, games, and real-life situations. Each lesson is adapted to the learner’s age, level, interests, and learning goals. A typical lesson includes a short warm-up, review, introduction of the new topic, guided practice, interactive activities, and a simple review at the end.

What sets me apart is my experience as an elementary teacher and my ability to make lessons comfortable and engaging for both shy and talkative learners. I especially enjoy teaching children and beginners, but I also welcome teens and adults who want to improve their speaking, reading, comprehension, grammar, and everyday communication skills.
