About Alisa
My name is Alisa and I love helping people through Coaching, because I believe the most powerful way to help somebody positively transform their life is through helping them see their life situations from a different perspective.
I think, originally, we are all born with the right outlook on life. It's just that some incorrect conditioning gets stuck to us along the way, that's why in order to get back to happiness we need to un-learn that incorrect conditioning.

I use my own life experience, as well as my observations of different life situations to understand a client's issue/goal. Then I help this person analyse their situation and find ways to solve their issues/reach their goals. This happens by changing their attitude towards their situations.
Typically, a coaching session lasts 2h.
The sessions are primarily for people who need help with:
- Identifying clearly their Goals and Reaching them;
- Assimilating easier in a Foreign Country/a New City/Town;
- Learning to Forgive;
- Developing Self-Love and Self-Acceptance;
- Developing more Positive Mindset.
