About Angelina
I’m a life coach, and before that I spent 30 years in publishing and media.
When I was made redundant, part of me had already moved on, and the ending gave me room to ask what I actually wanted next. Change, loss, motherhood, heritage, identity and belonging have shaped that question, some for decades, and they’ve brought me to coaching.
I work with people who are navigating change, questioning what comes next, or sensing that something in their life no longer quite fits. Often they’re doing everything right and no longer enjoying it.
I believe good coaching creates the space to step away from the noise and hear yourself properly. I know from experience that most of us aren’t lost, just rarely heard, including by ourselves.

Each session is a confidential, unhurried space to talk through what’s changing and what feels uncertain, led by what you want to explore. Sessions usually last 50 to 60 minutes.
I listen closely, reflect back what I hear and ask questions that help you notice your assumptions, patterns, choices and possibilities. I won’t tell you what to do or claim to be the expert on your life. The answers are yours, and my job is to help you hear them.
Most people leave their first session clearer about how they feel, what they think and what they want to do next.
This suits you if you’re facing redundancy or a career change, the end of a relationship, a midlife shift, or a life that looks fine on paper but has lost its spark.
