About Dean
I have over 30 years experience in personal development. If you really want positive change in your life and you can imagine yourself being, doing or having the life that you desire, I can help you to achieve your goals. I have experience in counselling, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, meditation and creative visualisation. My methods are incredibly simple and enjoyable to use. Above all they are highly effective and result in long-lasting, positive change.

I work with children as young as 5 and adults of all ages and backgrounds. The methods I use are highly effective for dealing with personal issues of various natures including childhood trauma, negative self-image, lack of confidence and low self-esteem. Big changes are achieved by using very simple visualisation techniques, altering thought patterns, changing perceptions and re-scripting internal dialogue. The techniques used are incredibly simple, natural and very enjoyable to experience. Sessions are formulated to your specific needs after a free 30 minute consultation.
