I'm myself a kinesthetic learner. So I don't really believe in any particular way of teaching. I try different approaches for different topics.
The main part is, a student in my class will enjoy learning. I expect discipline in the class and at the same time a student would be free to ask me questions and talk to me because I'm really friendly with my students.
