About Lena
Are you looking for a new direction in your life? You don't really know where to go or you sometimes just find it difficult to organize the jumble of thoughts and feelings on your own? This is where I come in!
I want to help you to organize your thoughts and to become aware of your most important values and needs again. It is quite normal that this clarity is often lost in everyday life, so that you get the feeling of living past your own life and feel increasingly dissatisfied. In life coaching you get back on track with yourself and your strengths and can thus develop a suitable reorientation for the future.

I support you in gaining new orientation and clarity. Together we want to recognize your own values and innermost needs and change your perspective on things a little. It's about tracking down blockages, dissolving them and overcoming them.
I am NOT a therapist and I cannot address serious psychological problems. I am more of a guide to a newly designed future with a new meaning and more life satisfaction.
Basically I work in 2 phases:
1. Recognize core issues and problems through discussions and specific questions
2. Formulate specific goals, measures and plans and apply them in everyday life
