About Anna
Hi! My name is Anna, and I am from Austin, Texas. I’m finishing up my degree in linguistics from McGill university, and with top marks in English and a fundamental understanding of the mechanics of language, I’ll be sure to help you better your skills! I have taught speakers of many languages in an informal setting over the past three years. We have practiced grammar skills and worked on broadening vocabulary to include idiomatic expressions and native speaker nuance, and my students have noted more confidence in speaking and writing after our lessons. My goal is getting you to a place where you are comfortable, confident, and happy with your English skills!
