About Millie
I am a literature and Russian student, and poet, living in London. I have studied at SOAS, and am currently studying at Reed College, Portland. I have experience teaching various ages academic and creative writing skills: my longest tutoring relationships have been with fellow university students helping with writing skills, and a primary school child working on creative writing.

My teaching method is largely discussion-based, personalised to the individual I am teaching. I work with individuals to find out what would be most useful: whether we spend time reading specific texts to build comprehension and writing skills that way, or work together to write creative pieces. I can provide loads of reading materials, as well as personalised plans, and essay writing structures to simplify the writing process so that individuals can progress!
