Ilike biology because I’m part of it. It’s kind of a practical learning which I can relate and apply right away. When you learn biology, you learn about your own body and other living organisms. Compared to math and physics which is much more imaginary to me. Now when I got flu and my nose blocked I know my immune system is healthy instead of merely thinking I’m sick. And that the same amount of protein has less calories than fat or that reducing the number of time you eat in a day don’t do much in making you loss weight and will only decrease your metabolism rate. I’ve seen too many times people with not science background just trying every product they got their hands on or believing every articles about losing weight and getting rid of scars and stuff, thinking that there’s only one way to achieve their target when there’s many other natural ways to take care of it. It’s this kind of daily, basic knowledge that can be applied in life that make me fond of biology.
