About Christina

I never set out to be a life coach. Life coaching just kind of happened, and I have no doubt it is who I truly am. It has become my own life passion to help people to find their voices, their callings, their passions, their visions.

I worked in education for 13 years in Korea. I was a kindergarten teacher, a manager and teacher trainer to foreign staff, a cram school English teacher, an ESL specialist at a Canadian international school, and an English instructor to adults. No matter my role, the people I interacted with would confide in me about dissatisfaction in their lives, something holding them back from living as themselves, some sort of disconnection from the path they were on. They sought advice and guidance. I felt very compelled to help, and I pursued the education and certification necessary to be as resourceful and supportive as possible.

No matter who you are, you deserve to live a life of fulfillment, to live the vision you have for yourself. I want to help you be the best you, to live your true self, to be who you were meant to be.

Working with me, I help you to take a journey into yourself, identify your limiting beliefs, discover what you truly want to accomplish, and create and execute the plan that will make you become your best you. It seems simple, but in order for all of this to happen, you must have made the decision to change and the commitment to yourself to move forward within the context of your life. You are the change-maker; I am simply the guide. You are painting the picture at your easel; I am merely the teacher over your shoulder.

I use intuition to help us work together. Don't worry: I do not see your secrets, predict your future, or talk to ghosts. I simply tap into your energy to see you better and help you connect with your deeper true self.

I am a level 2 reiki practitioner. Reiki is spiritual healing energy. I channel this spiritual healing energy, and the body takes what it needs. There is the option to channel reiki within our sessions. The word "spiritual" often scares people, but I assure you reiki is not intended to violate or offend your religious belief system or lack thereof. The effects of reiki vary from person to person as it is dependent on how it is utilized by your own body. I will ask for your consent to use reiki, and if you opt out, your wishes will be honored. (Be careful not to research too much on reiki as it could set the wrong expectations of what will happen after receiving it. The best case is to just simply to be open to it with no expectations whatsoever.)

Consultation is free. (Superprof terms this as "first lesson free.")

I reserve the right to terminate the working relationship with the client for any reason, in which case all future sessions will be refunded.
