About Evie
Hi, I'm Evie! I'm currently entering my second year of University studying a Bachelor of Commerce and I used to absolutely adore my English classes in high school. When I'm not studying I'm either on a long walk with friends, at pilates or reading a book. My mom is a primary school teacher and ever since I was a kid I've been going into her school helping out with her students where I fell in love with the learning environment and helping younger kids!

My approach to tutoring is through helping students understand the importance of essay structure and offering them guidance in improving their essay with this. With experience in NCEA English, I can offer help to all students taking English in high school with writing and organising their essays, ideas to mention in their essays and grammar checking. My lessons would typically be for one hour each week, however these can be adapted to the students availability and needs. As a student who truly adored this subject, I would love to help other students succeed.
