I know Chaitali mam since I was in a school almost 20 years back. I remember taking tuitions from her for the 3 science and maths subjects for my class X.

I was pretty much an average student so getting 80 plus in PCM was an achievement for me and I attribute it entirely to Chautali mam because she did not only teach me the subjects but also motivated me to study hard by helping me identify my strengths and working on my area of improvements. I think that's a key aspect of any teacher to help the child focus on his/her relevant areas to excel.

Not only that, this was my first experience going to a teacher's house for tuition but Chaultali mam made sure I was made to feel at home and gave her undivided attention to me especially before my exams were due. She was flexible with the timings/days and also took extra time at my request to help me master some of the topics.

Today I am working in a MNC and the fact that I am still in contact with her just goes to show how much she had influenced studies and personal life overall.

Ms Chaitali has exceptional teaching quality. Highly knowledgeable about the subject she teaches. very supportive and knows exactly how to deal with every single student.
